Thanks everyone! I was a little afraid that I was overdoing it with all the decorative detail, but I’m really happy with the way it came out in the end. It’s too bad that the shiny doesn’t really come thru in the scan. Not only the gold, but the paper under the shark’s belly is sparkly too. I was aiming for a mythic, otherworldly feeling.
Oh, and you guys really oughtta check out the custom toys from the show! They are truly awesome (I’m looking at you, lou!). I was amazed by the sheer imagination and skill. You can see some shots here.
